Please bring your own yoga mat, water bottle, and a small towel. We do have mats available for rent if needed.

We recommend starting with our Hatha classes, which are designed for beginners and provide fundamental poses guidance and breathing technique in a comfortable pace.

While drop-ins are welcome, pre-registration is encouraged as classes fill up quickly. You can register online or contact our studio.

Comfortable, stretchy clothing that you can move freely in. Many people wear yoga pants or leggings and a fitted, breathable top. Yoga is practiced barefoot.

Please consult with your healthcare provider before beginning any new exercise program. Let your instructor know about any injuries or conditions before class, and they can suggest appropriate modifications.
